Meruzhan Sargsyan

Meruzhan Sargsyan was born on June 21, 1973 in Charentsavan, Armenia. He graduated from Yerevan State University (1991–1996), Faculty of Philology, Department of International Journalism.

Since 1996, he has worked in journalism and television, serving as editor, presenter, commentator, and head of news programs across various media outlets. Since 2005, he has been the Director of the Armenian branch of the MIR Interstate Television and Radio Company.

Previously, he worked at Kentron TV, the Second Armenian TV Channel (“Prometheus”), and other media organizations. His interests include sports (football, basketball) and piano performance, especially jazz.
